If you are back-processing orders that have been manually raised and need to edit the order number to reflect the number on paperwork you can edit the auto-created order number.

 

This is a security controlled function and you may need to speak to your system administrator to release this function.

 

Freeway will check that the Order Number is not a duplicate and will not allow entry of duplicates.
