Different Levels of Jobcard Progress can be recorded.

 

At the simplest level (and by default) the 'Opened' date and 'Closed' dates are recorded.

 

In the event that additional records of progress need to be kept this can be done:

• live, by changing the status of the job-card from a drop-down list of status options. Freeway will date and time-stamp the change at the stage that the change is made.
• retrospectively, by clicking on the 'progress' section of the job-card from the button bar and recording the dates and times against the appropriate stages.

 

Examples of additional progress stages that can be recorded include:

• Date-Time Delivered
• Date-Time Started
• Date-Time Bay 1 Started
• Date-Time Bay 1 Ended
• Date-Time Customer Notified
• Date-Time Customer Collected, etc.

 

Using the above stages it would be possible to record the time lost between 'Delivery' and 'Start' as well as the time lost between 'Notification' and 'Collection'.

 

As the stages that will be significant to each organisation will be dependent on that organisation's requirements, the labels for the different stages of progress can be edited by any designated super-user by double-click and edit of the stage label.
