A list of job-cards is available from Fleet/Job-Cards.

 

By default this provides a list of job-cards that have not yet been closed. This typically represents the current job-cards which are most likely to be required and is usually a small list of the current list of work.

 

The default filter against the list can be amended to show 'Closed' job-cards.  This is by default only those job-cards opened within the last 60 days. This date can be extended as required (note that long lists for extensive time periods will necessarily take longer to open and refresh).

 

The jobcard list can be set to show

• All - All Jobcards
• Active - Open Jobcards currently being worked on
• Closed - Jobcards that have been closed but not yet invoiced
• Invoiced - Jobcards that have been invoiced (refer contracts module).
