Initialise Vehicle Services

  1. On the Vehicle Form ('Fleet/Assets', 'Detailed Information' tab) ensure that the a  'Service Group' has been specified.  This will activate the 'Initialisation button'.

 

  1. Select the Initialisation Button  to open the 'Vehicle Service Setup Dialog' box

    1. For each Cycle specify the first service that is to be created within the cycle (by giving the item 'focus' as shown in the image, and ticking the 'Cycle starts at this item' on the right).  This will place a flag next to this item as shown in the image.

       

 

    1. For each cycle specify the start point (give the Service Cycle itself 'focus' as shown in the image, and fill in details for the flagged start point in the cycle).

         

 

    1. Save your changes.

 

    1. Initialise. This process creates the future services based on your settings.
