Specify Customer Asset Links

  1. Go to Fleet/Assets and select the 'Groups' tab.

 

  1. With the form in edit mode right-click in the Classes section and select 'Add Class Value'.

 

 

  1. Ensure that 'Enable communication to this customer' is ticked if you wish this customer to receive reminders for this asset.

 

Note that the Customers are linked to Assets for defined time-frames.  In this example 'Customer One' is linked to the Asset from the 1st April - 31st March.  Comms reminders concerning schedule items within these dates will be sent to 'Customer One'.  Any comms reminders from the 1st April onwards will flow to 'Customer Two' because this Customer is linked to this asset from that date onwards.
