The Stock Take Wizard will guide you through the stock take process. Follow the on screen instructions:

 

Stores and Bins

First select the store at which the stocktake is being done. Then select the bin locations you wish to include in the stocktake. This can be done by selecting a range (e.g. B473 to B735), or selecting specific bins (by ticking the boxes next to the bin identifiers). "Select All" and "Deselect All" options are available.

 

Stock Filters

Here you need to select the type of items you that will be involved in the stock take.

 

Stock Take List

This gives you the chance to print a list of the items involved in the stock take. Items make be deleted from the list before it is printed.
