Freeway generates a wall chart of all services for a specified date range and specified workshop.  The wall chart consists of the following sections:

 

Button Bar:

Save (to apply any drag-and-drop changes made), Cancel Changes, Refresh, Filter, View Colour Key, Print Colour Key, Load Graph, Print, Send Comms, and Exit.

 

 

 

Filters and preferences:

From Date & To Date, Workshop, View Mode (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), and Sizing preference

 

 

Servicing Plan Grid:

• Providing visual presentation of the services and their status.
• Drag-and-Drop (which can be saved or cancelled before exit from the screen).
• Facilities to Customize the grid filter further.

 

 

Note: each column is sumarised at the bottom. In the above example the 21st February has 303 hours of work in the day.

 

 

Service Transactions:

This section gives details of the grid item given focus for the selected date range in the above section.  For example:

• Details for a single cell of the the grid that is given focus (the day/week/month that the cell represents depending on the 'View Mode' selected in the wall-chart above)
• Or Details for the vehicle if the fleet-number/registration number cell is selected (for the 'time-frame' that is selected in the wall-chart above).

 

 

From this screen the Cancelled status of a service can be amended by clicking on the 'cancelled' cell for the service.

 

Note: there is a 'splitter-bar' between the main 'WallChart' section and the 'Service Details' section and that this can be dragged to proportion the top and bottom sections in accordance with preferred settings.
