Comprehensive Stock Control

The optional FREEWAY stock module is available for users who wish to manage their own stock, and track parts from the supplier through to the vehicle on which they are fitted.

The module is totally integrated with the core fleet management system and automates key stock management features such as the production of purchase orders, management of goods receipt and invoice matching.

The stock list can be built up automatically. Every time a part is allocated to a vehicle it can be recorded in the stock list.

Colour Coded Stock Availability

The emphasis is on ease of use, as can be seen in the colour coded stock availability:

• White for parts stocked at the correct level
• Blue for parts on order
• Green for parts below minimum level
• Grey for parts below zero level

Reports

As with the rest of FREEWAY, reports can be produced simply and quickly using standard click and select routines. A full set of Crystal Reports is also included with the module.

Stock Details

FREEWAY holds a number of details on each item of stock, including: re-order levels, bin location, preferred suppliers, price paid and recommended retail price. Details of all issues to date. An example of stock detail is shown here.

Replenishment

Parts can be easily manually added to a new Purchase Order for a particular supplier, with the default re-order quantity automatically filled in. FREEWAY can also automatically produce proposal orders based on per store minimum levels.

Fax / E-mail

The purchase order can then be printed and sent to the supplier or automatically faxed or e-mailed from within FREEWAY.
