How to use this reports section

New Users
PreViewing full reports before you start to use Freeway can assist you in the decisions you take when setting up the Freeway database and can assist in deciding on the ways in which the system will be implemented in your business.
Current Users
If you have detailed questions relating to the filters and approaches in each report you can view the detailed notes section for each report.
System Administrators
The Freeway system is continually developed - including the constant upgrade and development of reports - Reading the notes section provides guidance on report changes as they are made, and can assist you in deciding if you wish to download the latest report to make use of the latest system features. New reports are also made available for download from this site.

Custom reports

Speak to your super-user to gain access to your customer reports section. This includes all reports developed after April 2006, specifically:
Your customised forms - such as job-card, purchase order and sales invoice.
Additional bespoke reports developed for your specific business needs - along with the notes detailing the approach taken to developing the report.

These customised reports are a key component of your system configuration and can provide a useful off-site secure copy.

Training course

Freeway offers a two day training course to assist your advanced users in the even that you wish to develop your own report writing skills. Day one is focused on an introduction to Crystal Reports. Day two focuses on the development of bespoke reports in relation to the Freeway database structure.
