Enter a Driver Defect

This video shows how to enter a driver defect in the bays module. The active window is reached via the menu: Fleet/Workshop

  1. Click "Driver Defect" to open the Defect Transaction window
  2. Select the vehicle
  3. Select the driver
  4. Select the Transaction Type, Sub-type and Component
  5. Select the Task, Trade and Start Date & Time
  6. Select the Location on the vehicle and Reasons
  7. Enter the Nature of Defect
  8. Leave the Work Done and Time Sheet Detail blank for now
  9. Click OK
  10. Select the vehicle
  11. Click "Refresh"
  12. Note the new red defect line
