Allocate work

This video shows how to allocate work. The active window is reached via the menu: Fleet/Workshop

1. Select the vehicle from the dropdown list
2. Note colour coding: red indicates that this defect has not been assigned
3. Click on the "Bay" column of the defect
4. Tick "Assign to Workshop", "Send to Jobcard" and "Operator"
5. Select an Operator
6. Click "Process"
7. Note the colour of the defect line has changed
8. Click "Exit"
9. Click "Refresh"
10. Note the colour of the defect line has changed
