Add a Service Group

This video shows how to setup a service group. The active window is reached via the menu: Setup/Scheduling

1. Click on “All Groups”, then +
2. Enter a unique name and a description for the Service Group
3. Click on a Service Group, then +
4. Enter a name and description for the Service Cycle
5. Click on the Service Cycle on the left, and then on the +
6. Select a type for the Service Item
7. Enter a time or distance interval from the prior service
8. Enter a service duration in hours
9. Enter a Transaction type, Subtype, Component and Reason
10. Repeat steps 5 to 10 for each Service Item in the Cycle
