A single screen view of all workshop events

A single screen to view all current work, defects and schedule events. From the screen it is possible to rapidly drill-down (and edit) details of Job-card, time-sheet, labour, defect, and context.

Colour coded

Items are colour coded so that it is possible to see what needs to be done at a glance:

• Red for un-allocated items requiring action,
• Blue for allocated to staff member and job card,
• Green for Labour detail captured (work done—but paperwork to be finalised).

Filter to view specific information

A range of quick filters allow you to pinpoint just the information that you need. You can for example filter to view all high priority defects for a specified section of the fleet.

Click to allocate and print job-card

Click on items to open the work allocation screen to quickly and easily allocate an outstanding defect or schedule event. The allocation screen shows the item that is being allocated but also highlights all other defect and schedule events for the vehicle.
